How do i get out of seeing a gory movie?

my friend is having her birthday party in a few days and she said we are going to watch final destination 1 2 and 3. i said i didnt want to but she said i had to, we were all going to scare each other and that it would be fun. i am really not good with scary films, i really really dont like them, how do i get out of it???
