I have tried to undo the underline on emails.. Something is not working...What do I need to do?

Usually the box at the top of the text area...when you forward/reply/compose a message has a "U" underlined...If your text is being underlined just click on that and it should be removed...if you don't see this box then you are probaly in RICH TEXT..click on that and you will go to PLAIN TEXT and the box will appear...good luck...
