New author? - i need a new set of books to read?

I am slightly fussy about the books i read - and now (excepting new releases) i find myself looking for a new series or author to read - i have the collection of the following writers :- richard laymon kathy reichs karin slaughter karen rose pj tracy richard montanari jack kearly patricia cornwell val macdermid faye kellerman michael madsen... i have read most of the older writers and am looking for a recommendation for something new? any ideas
