What are some good items to put in a Care Package for my boyfriend in Iraq (Army)?

Good list. Keep in mind the temperatures...don't send things like chocolate. I've had to drink melted candy by the time it got to me. By now, most units have microwave ovens, etc. So, you can send things like the easy mac and cheese and other microwavable meals too.
