Army DEP question for ya?

Im on DEP For the marine corps right now. It is taking way too long to get to boot camp so i was thinking of switching everything over to the army. Is that even possible? or am i screwed? Also if that is something i can do would i have to go through MEPS again or could i reuse my ASVAB and physical from the USMC?
