Do you swear around or at your kids?

I have to say... yes my hubby and I both do. We really feel badly about it, too. Anyway, we do it, and it's our nature. We are trying to come up with ways to stop the swearing... like maybe a swear jar, lol. Come up with something that involves the kids, to teach them not to swear either. Otherwise, personally I think that yelling is a natural reaction for some people, and especially when the kids are getting on your last nerve. We had a neighbor call the cops on us once for "domestic violence". The cops came, and left laughing. They realized that it was just a loud discussion and nothing else. I would rather not have that happen again, though, so we do try to keep it down. Just be yourself and ignore the neighbor (probably just nosey like ours). On the other hand, taking a calmer approach may help all of us "screamers" cut back on household stress. Great Question!!!
