What are some grammatical mistakes that i have made in this letter? Can someone correct me? Thanks.?

It is just a business letter so the grammar isn't important factor in it, and as I see it is fine in general one small thing only I can tell you (at Taiwan) has to become (in Taiwan) because cities & countries take "in" as preposition not "at".
