Why does this girl wait the exact same time to answer my email/text?

Have you ever heard of the rules?? She's playing the game. She must like you if she's makin' an effort to get back to you and not ignoring you but she's not puttin' in anymore effort than you do and I'm sure she won't be sending anything first. It's all about the game.
