How to keep my 4 yearold at an ideal weight?
Those are terrible things to be feeding toddlers, and yourself! Sausages, tacos, mc donalds and TV dinners, please. Try to learn to cook (No offense at all), and cook things without oil and vegetable base. Let her have soup for lunch as a start. Use a broth based soup. Feed her lean chicken and on 3 days of the week, some baked salmon and a lot of fruits and veggies disguised. Such as have her eat FROZEN YOGURT (tastes a lot like icecream now-a-days) and just top it with some kiwi and strawberries. For breakfast, make a hardboiled egg for her and make a banana, pineapple, apple and yogurt smoothie. Delicious and nutritious. Keep the young mind strong, growing and healthy!
