Short lived tv show, family owning and living in motel i belive on the cw?

i cant remember the title of the show, but i remember that it was a dad with like 3 boys and they owned a motel in like california and the show was about them plus some homeless girl that moved into one of the rooms, i believe it was on the WB or the now CW,
