What stores have size 0-00 jeans that are cute and cheap?

I'm a sopre in high school, 5'8'' and wear size 0-00 (23-24) AND I CAN'T FIND ANY JEANS! I'm only wearing shorts and really old jeans with Ugg's because there too short! pleeeeeease help!!
